In an effort to help families with submitting payment for nursing home services, we have provided an online portal for credit card payments. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the facility at 740-914-5900 and ask for the Business Office Manager.

Please note that

the credit card processing site will indicate payments processed under Foundations Health Solutions. That is the name that will appear on your statement.
